After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at your guesthouse around 9:00 am. 

You will first take a walk downstream along the Bohorok River for half an hour and cross the village center. Have a look to the several small toursits shops. Afterwards, keep walking out of the village through green surroundings. 

In your way to the Bat Caves, you will cross rubber and palm oil plantations. Your guide will explain you many things about these plantations but also about fruits, plants and wildlife that you might meet. 

Enter the Bat Caves with your torch light (provided by your guide at the entrance) and explore the three “rooms” full of stalactites and stalagmites. This amazing cave system also hides many wildlife species : lot of bats, swallows but also snakes, spiders and scorpions. Take time to observe them closely and listen to the explanation of your guide.
Please note that this tour is not recommended if you are claustrophobic. 

After this amazing experience, take another half an hour walk heading to the peaceful Landak River. 
Once there you will be able to take a refreshing swim in the river and relax by watching the wonderful green surroundings. 

Your guide will prepare you a yummy barbecue made with fish, chicken, rice and fresh fruits (veggie option : sweet potatoe barbecue). Enjoy your yummy homemade lunch at the riverside !

Then, your guide will bring you back to your guesthouse around 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm.
